Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ride, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unridden boards and unopened accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be shipped in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Onewheel or accessories in the original box with all included manuals and chargers to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
