Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the world's most unique riding experience.
How long does it take to learn how to ride a Onewheel?
Most riders get the hang of it within 15 to 30 minutes. The board uses sophisticated sensors to balance for you, making the learning curve much smoother than traditional board sports.
What is the typical shipping time for a new board?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I take my Onewheel on an airplane?
The Onewheel Pint and Pint X are often permitted as they meet certain battery capacity guidelines, but the GT and XR models are not allowed on commercial flights due to battery size. Always check with your airline first.
What kind of maintenance does the board require?
Onewheels are designed to be low-maintenance. We recommend checking your tire pressure weekly and keeping the charging port clean. The tire and grip tape are the only components that typically require periodic replacement.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boards in new, unused condition. Please note that once a board has been ridden, it can no longer be returned for a refund due to safety and resale regulations.
Does my Onewheel come with a warranty?
Yes, every Onewheel comes with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The motor and controller are covered for one year or 2,000 kilometers, while the battery is covered for six months.
